Please carefully follow these steps to ensure a proper fit.

Method 1 Measure the widest part of your nails in mm using a measure tape. Thumb measured 14mm in the example below.	Method 2 Wrap a paper around the widest part of nail and draw lines at both ends of nail. Then measure the length of the marked section using a measure tape.

Start with clean, dry hands. Push back your cuticle with the included cuticle stick.
Lightly buff the entire surface of the nail with the with a nail file.
Wipe the entire nail surface with the alcohol pads.
Compare the size of your nails and select an adhesive tab that matches the width of your nails.
Apply an adhesive tab to the nail surface, positioning it 0.2mm away from the root of the nail edge. Peel off the plastic cover.
Then press the press-on nail down at a 45-degree angle starting from the cuticle and working towards the tip press for 20-30 seconds.
Aviod water within 3 hours,this will help press-on nails last longer.

Use the cuticle stick provided to create a small opening between the press-on nail and your natural nail.
Soak your nails in warm water with oil and soap for 2-3
Gently remove the press-on with the cuticle stick.
Remove any left over sticky tabs from your nails.
